I saw a waterfront home I loved from curbside but had complications coming on and off the market. Since Michelle lives in and specializes in The Cove coastal area she promised to keep an eye on it. And right when it came back up she got me in via a video chat showing from NY. We beat out two other interested buyers with Michelle’s persistence. We got Michelle's name from an acquaintance here in NY that had purchased a home through her. We started the search process last fall. Michelle, without even meeting us in person, sent us a variety of condominiums on a daily basis. We went down there in November of 2023 to look at a handful of condos and to meet Michelle in person. She arranged a full day of viewings which helped her to understand what our needs and wants were. We did not purchase then as we weren't quite ready just yet. With a condo in Tamarac as well as our home in Coconut Creek to sell and then look for a larger home to buy for our family, we had a lot to manage in a short time. With a hands-on approach to all matters we were facing Michelle stepped in and took charge. From staging the furnishings in the condo for a better flow, to providing a room-by-room ‘To Do’ list for our house to prepare for market, to Michelle’s non-stop assertive pursuit to find us a home to buy in a market that was so competitive, we just couldn’t have imagined what it would have been like without her organization and follow through to so many moving parts making it easy for us to follow a timeline. He wasn’t a fan of technology, but Michelle immediately understood that about him — she took the time to meet in person, walk him through every document, and make sure he always felt comfortable and informed. Michelle represented the Tenant and I the Landlord. We had a challenging situation to get the Tenant approved by the Association before the requested move in date and before the tenant closed on the sale of her property a week out. Neither deadline could be adjusted and we were at the mercy of the Management company to help us achieve a rather simple goal to get the tenant approved. The details of the challenge were complex as it was multi-faceted. After much follow-up for all parties, Michelle with her incredible talent for communicating wrote a compelling letter to the Management office and shortly thereafter we had an approval.
